Do I have to leave Booking.com?
No. Kwaaba is for the guests who already search your name or find you on Instagram: the ones you currently pay 18% to send back. Stay listed on OTAs if you want the extra reach. Syncing the two calendars is on our roadmap.
What do I need to start?
A WhatsApp number and a list of your rooms and rates. No property management system. We help you set up the first calendar.
How do guests pay?
MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and cards via Paystack. The deposit is collected before the room is held, so you are not chasing no-shows.
Do you hold my money or take a cut of payments?
No. Guests pay into your own MoMo wallet or card provider. The money never sits with Kwaaba. We do not charge a fee on bookings.
What does it cost?
Founding pricing is GHS 400/month, 50% off the planned rate, locked for life for the first 20 properties. No setup fee. No long contract.
